Field Operations Internship Jobs

Prior experience in field operations and inventory management.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise good judgment.

Ability to use technical equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.

Final year student in Finance / Accounting (fresh graduates are welcome)

Assist the Financial Operations team to provide supporting documents and data requests

Handling revenue recognition, unearned revenue, and deposit customer

Perform collections to clients and check payments from customer

Perform other duties as assigned

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)

At least 2 years of experience in related field

Previous experience in handling field operations will be advantage

In responsible with all operational activities that held by StickEarn

In responsible to maintain communication with StickEarn’s partner

In responsible in registering all partners that related with StickEarn

In responsible in assisting all other activities that related with StickEarn

· Responsible for live-streaming talents recruitment and management, localize the live-streaming content.

· Have experience in social media are preferred.

Operations Internship (Hago Voice Streaming)

· Able to identify hot topics in the country to capture on our entertainment-broadcasting platform.

· Handle social media of HAGO ID.

· Fluent in English or Chinese is preferred.

Review and identify Legal and Finance requirement

Assist Aftermarket Manager to generate FST and responsibility

Assist AM. Manager to develop AM. Forecast both sales revenue and utilization.

Ten years’ experience in an oilfield service, preferably surface wellhead equipment

Have a general knowledge of typical inspection processes.

Wellhead and xmas tree knowledge, ability to develop and generate quotation/bill of material.

Manage SKU data and ensure that all product information is accurate and up-to-date

Collect SKU images to upload onto our platform to ensure all SKUs have an image

Work on data cleaning, organizing, and structuring tasks to improve the overall quality of our data

Help with the onboarding of new customers by translating raw data into a database to support the Product team
