The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operational resource to ensure customer demand are met, ensure compliance with daily report requirement and act responsibly and safely, and to adhere to company’s policies, procedures, and standards for HSEQ management systems on site.

Requirements:

• Having knowledge and experience in underground drill and blast ideally gold is advantageous but not essential.
• Able to work under time pressure.
• Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business ethnics.
• Experience: Min of 3 years of experience in Mining Contractor or Explosive Industry
• Good leadership skills
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel.
• Diagrammatic and numerical reasoning
• Education: Min Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering./ Geological Engineering
• Willing to be placed and rotated in all DNX Indonesia’s sites if required.
• Having the certification of Blaster Class II (KJL II) and POP is a plus
