Job Description

Ensure Port & Terminal business activities run smoothly in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as well as be able to synergy with the Government and Port & Terminal Users. Placement : SCN Logistics Group Subsidiary of PT Citra Tubindo Tbk


Responsibilities

  • Manage Port & Terminal Department to achieve Company's Business Targets
  • Responsible and ensure all expenses according to the allocated company budget
  • Ensure that the implementation of the Port Management System is fulfilled
  • Responsible as per PFSO based on ISPS Code compliance
  • Coordinate with Government Agencies regarding Port Regulations
  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly maintenance of the Port is carried out as planned
  • Provide input or analysis for Port Development
  • Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are in place at the Port
  • Ensure all related licenses are fulfilled and still valid
  • Conduct routine meetings with Port Service Users
  • Responsible for all Port operational activities
  • Responsible for creating, evaluating and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all Port activities

Requirement

  • Min S1 (Bachelor) and above
  • Held Port Master (Ahli Kepelabuhanan) certification from Ministry of Transportation
  • Willing to relocate to Batam
  • Held ISPS Code certification as per PFSO
  • Computer (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good oral and written communication in English
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • 5 years' experience in Port & Logistic Industries
  • Team management skills
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Port & Logistics Industries
  • Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
