The Terminal Assistant Supervisor Has Main Duties Of

Advise passengers on trips information including but not limited to schedule, ticket price, departing and arriving points.

Liaise with Easybook engineers at terminal to provide accurate sales data and any other information as requested.

The Terminal Counter Officer Has Main Duties Of

10 years of relevant operational/technical experience in the tank terminal or process industry with minimum 5 years experience in supervisor/manager role.

Depth and breadth of general managerial experience.

Good knowledge of operations, site, and terminal capability.

Good product knowledge of operations and safety.

Ability to manage multiple party communication and operate under stress.

Success experience in manufacturing environment with good knowledge of the Sporting Goods industry

Diploma or degree in related areas, or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Manage stakeholders in implementing planning process improvement and ensuring that production priorities are executed.

Strong influencing, people, presentation and communication skills

Minimum 5+ years of relevant business experience.

Build, develop, motivate, and lead the OC planning team.

Ideate and suggest creative influencer marketing campaigns, based on client marketing objectives.

Leading the creative team and overseeing the performance.

Collaborate interdepartmentally to propose creative campaigns that align with the company’s vision and targets

Plan/Initiate and collaborate new campaigns in an ever evolving industry

With experience working in Shipping/ Freight Forwarding/ Logistics companies

Excellent communication & presentation skills in both verbal and written in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

An ability to think through your approach to manage key stakeholders.

Knowledgeable in Manifest submission ( export / import )

Reports tasks in an efficient manner to achieve.

Ensure that the implementation of the Port Management System is fulfilled

Manage Port & Terminal Department to achieve Company's Business Targets

5 years' experience in Port & Logistic Industries

Held Port Master (Ahli Kepelabuhanan) certification from Ministry of Transportation

Held ISPS Code certification as per PFSO
