What’s the role?

Accountabilities:

Manage 3rd party terminal contract.

• Manage & implement Contract Management Program.
• Driving behavior towards pro-active HSSE culture.

Road Transport Operations:

• Supervise the execution of Road Transport schedule.
• Supervise and monitor Road Transport Compliance.

Management:

• Focal point for opportunities of improvement changes.
• Responsible to operational expenses.
• Focal point for stakeholders’ management.

Key/Special Challenges:

• Understands, applies and ensures compliance with all relevant consultant legislation and labor laws, regulations and practice.
• Build and maintain effective network with stakeholders.
• The individual has to manage challenges such as being able to effectively manage various stakeholders both local and at a global level. In addition, the individual faces high level of ambiguity and coping with changing timeline and plans.
• Manage complexity of big knowledge base/subject expertise and requirements with regard to priorities.

What We Need From You

We hope to see the following in your CV:

• Good leadership and people management skills and analytical skills. Adept at blending stakeholder’s agendas with operational, technical and HSSE requirements for best enterprise outcomes.
• Minimum 4 years of operational, distribution, engineering and HSSE experience, combined with the interpersonal and supervisory skills to manage, influence and synergies the efforts of various work teams.
• Knowledge and experience of overall Distribution Operations, in particular bulk main fuels and packed storage facilities, distribution engineering, and Ship/Shore operations.
• University graduate with a degree in Engineering.
• Must have experience with Contract Management, Bulk Fuel Terminal and Road Transport Operations.
• Well organized, independent and proactive.
• Candidates from the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Logistics (freight forwarding for fuel and chemicals) and highly encouraged to apply.
• This role will require 50% of travelling.
• Must be proficient in English and Bahasa. Mandarin language is advantageous.
