Mission
  • He/she builds with his/her BPC the forecasts and draws up the reports and analysis for the entity, regarding the different indicators of the entity: Cost of manufacturing and variances for the factories etc.
  • As The Business Support Controller of Factory, he/she will assist the business entities, particularly Business Partner Controllers (BPC)
  • He/she strongly collaborates with his/her BPC and the entities operational partners he covers, and invites his/her partners to use the tools and information he/she provides (ie the BI tools – Business Intelligence)
Key Expected Achievement
  • First-level analysis of collected data (results and forecasts).
  • Promotion of the standardization of methods and procedures, and support for customer entities.
  • Fulfillment of obligations of Service Level Agreement (SLA/OLA).
  • Business continuity: progress facility, quality guarantee, quality obtention, training,and tutoring.
  • Portfolio of reports, scorecards, and requests.
  • Formats and items necessary to develop re-forecasts (manufacturing cost).
Qualification
  • Well collaborates with his/her BPC and provides excellent service to internal partners.
  • Understand the company operating data, able to manage data quality and accurate reports to support Controller's analysis.
  • Excellent in Excel (Power BI Is a plus).
  • Direct experience in the manufacturing industry will be a plus.
  • Excellent in English both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Accounting or Finance, or other related
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills with logic.
  • 3 years of working experience in cost controlling, standard cost accounting, budget re-forecast, and Oracle background is a plus.
