Operations Support Jobs

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (SUM, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot)
• Initiative in Solving Problem
• Dedication and discipline with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Active & Fast Response in Answering Customer Questions (Even Outside Office Hours)
• Min. D3/S1 degree

Responsibilities:

• Arrange & monitor all E-Commerce orders daily
• Upload new products in all E-Commerce
• Maintain operational data, and monitor product inventories
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
• Organizing stock in E-Commerce.
• Customer Service for all E-Commerce (maintain 99% chat response)
• Update sales report daily
• Provide support to the operations manager in the day-to-day running of the organization
• Collect, input & maintain all employee-related-administrative tasks
• Handle end-to-end employee's needs and/or request
