Streamlining the seafood supply chain across stakeholders. Building efficient processes, fair-trade transactions and sustainable distribution through technology.

Currently we searching for Senior People Operation with detail:

Responsibilities

• Industrial relations facilitator in the corporate environment
• Ensuring company rules and regulations (policies and conditions) run according to the provisions
• Reviewing the Policies and provisions for handling violations & employee discipline
• Monitor purchasing, official travel and vendor management.
• Monitor asset management & office maintenance
• Designing, implementing and reviewing reward and punishment programs for employees
• Provide reports at the request of other work units
• Management of compulsory employment report, become external audit counterpart, internal, make correspondence.
• Up dating and dissemination of provisions/regulations within the company environment
• Monitoring mandatory labor reports and managing reporting for the Head Office to the local DISNAKER.
• Fostering and developing employees through coaching, counseling and training so that they are able to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly in accordance with applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Experience in People Organization minimum 3 years
• Excellence verbal and written communication skills
• Having Experience in Industrial Relation and General Affair
• Willing to working hybrid to Bogor
• Having knowledge in Indonesia employee regulation
• Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
• High curiosity and like to learn new things
• Minimum diploma degree from reputable university
• Preferably having experience in startup industry
