Tasks

• Customize and extend themes and plugins as needed.
• Develop innovative and visually appealing website designs using Elementor, while prioritizing user experience, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Providing regular updates on project status.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, taking into account resource allocation, budget constraints, and technical feasibility.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage the design and development team, and ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance, facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, and encourages open dialogue and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Prioritize and coordinate development efforts to meet project deadlines and budgetary requirements.

Requirements

• Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of proven track record in leading a team and dealing with user experience.
• Demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in website development.
• Strong expertise in design with a demonstrated sense of aesthetics.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
