Previous experience in a similar role or internship in HR or talent acquisition is a plus.

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Collaborate with the People Team to create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent and align with our company values.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least have experience in the same position for 3-5 years.

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address day-to-day operational and strategic HR issues.

Stay updated on HR trends and regulations to ensure compliance and proactively recommend improvements.
