:

1. Responsible and manage the operational of Manpower Project;
2. Responsible for all the recruitment process and it’s administrative stuff;
3. Hands-on the negotiation, offering process, and introduction to new employee;
4. Manage Manpower Database on HRIS and Ms. Excel;
5. Monitoring and manage the productivity of all employee, include but not limited to absence, discipline, and overtime;
6. Bridging the Industrial Relation case between Client and Employee, supported by IR Team;
7. Being partner (first contact) to provide professional services both to Client and Employee.

Requirements:

1. At least Bachelor's Degree from any major;
2. Minimum 1 year experiences as HR Generalist (strong in Recruitment for Telecomunication Industry and Headhunter);
3. Excellent communication skill to various layer position;
4. Good understanding in Labor Law;
5. Proficient in Ms. Office and HRIS;
6. Willing to work extra miles to deal with target and deadline;
7. Available to work at Purwokerto, Semarang ( 2 position)
8. Can Join ASAP
