People Partner Associate Jobs

To provide advice, guidance and support within all aspects of the employee lifecycle to create an excellent employee experience

Having at least 1 to 2 years experience working in a role as people partner/Generalist is preferred.

Experience in working in a fast-paced environment/start-up environment are preferred.

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and influencing skills required together with an eye for detail and ‘can do’ attitude

Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Conduct a regular meeting/alignment with key stakeholders from OMO Business Unit

Excellent communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to senior executives

A combination of HR experience in the following areas: organizational design, business consulting, data analysis and employee relations

Proven, deep analytic interest and problem-solving skills

Superb, demonstrated quantitative skills with the highest degree of precision

Humility, flexibility, good interpersonal skills a must

Be the local HR primary point of contact for all senior leaders in Agoda Malaysia

Understand your client groups’ key talent, their strengths, and development needs, and actively participate in talent management discussions with relevant leaders

Act as a trusted liaison for the organizations you partner with (within the manager and employee base for each client group)

At least 5 years of demonstrated People Business Partner experience (or equivalent) within online or technology-focused organizations

Experience delivering projects, like talent development and/or recognition programs, across regions and functions

Experience working within an entrepreneurial organizational/fast-growing culture is preferred

Strong analytical thinking skills in order to analyze people’s data and trends in the Gojek ecosystem

Understand your client groups’ key talent, their strengths, and development needs, and actively participate in talent management discussions with relevant leaders

Act as a trusted liaison for the organizations you partner with (within the manager and employee base for each client group)

At least 5 years of demonstrated People Business Partner experience (or equivalent) within online or technology-focused organizations

Experience delivering projects, like talent development and/or recognition programs, across regions and functions

Experience working within an entrepreneurial organizational/fast-growing culture is preferred

Strong analytical thinking skills in order to analyze people’s data and trends in the Gojek ecosystem

Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, leadership coaching, compensation practices, organizational analysis, employee relations, diversity, and engagement

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology or business administration, or other relevant educational background

Min. of 5 years experience in a related role

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Works closely with business leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Formulates partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added services to business leaders and employees.

Developing & Monitoring Talent Management initiatives

Bachelor's degree from Business Management, Psychology or related fields

Supporting managers/Business Units and employees with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and workplace investigations.

Minimum of 2 years experiences as People Partner/HRBP function.

Have an experience in a Tech Company is preferred.

Excellent in communication and organizational skills.
