At least 10 years of demonstrated People Business Partner experience (or equivalent) within online or technology-focused organizations

Experience leading teams of people in a People and Culture setting

Experience delivering projects, like talent development and/or recognition programs, across regions and functions

Active student in final semester from psychology, HR Management, or related field

Organize the meeting arrangement and manage the correspondence relate to the project meeting

Have experience as HR intern will be preferred

Have basic knowledge in labor law and HR general policies

Involved and support the administrative processes in the assigned projects

Organize all the documentation and maintain the data to be updated

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology or business administration, or other relevant educational background

Min. of 5 years experience in a related role
