Collaborate with hiring managers in understanding the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies.

Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes

Build the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.

Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.

Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment field

Experience in People Organization minimum 5 years

Preferably having experience in startup industry

Responsible for Performance Management, preparing the performance appraisal for all employees.

Fresh graduate from Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields

Detailed oriented and have the ability to multitask, good time management

Monitor Compensations & Benefits programs that comply with applicable laws in Indonesia.

Max 1-year experience related to this role

Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

Min 2 years of experience in handling payroll including dealing with Employee Compensation & Benefit, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and PPh21

Managing all employee compensation & benefit

As a person in charge of any payroll, BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan or any employee benefit related

Manages any other payroll duties as required by the business

Detail Oriented & good communication skills

Operates the company’s monthly payroll & reimbursement
