National Operational Excellence Lead

• Run Black Belt scale project.
• Monitor units for continuous improvement activities across functions.
• Improvement on unit(s) KPI through CI .
• Regular CI event at National and Unit.
• Continuous project in the pipeline.
• Regular monitoring and follow up (activities and benefit tracking).
• Key contact and initiator to connect units, CoE and other functions.
• Rejuvenate continuous improvement culture across organizations
• Improvement on customer complaints, audit findings and MR .
• Doing internal training for LSS and coaching.
• Engagement for continuous improvement.
• Support and facilitate continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements:

• Min 5 years experience as Change Leader or Continuous Improvement Leader.
• Good in excel and minitab/other statistic tools.
• At least Certified Green Belt.
• Trained as Lean Six Sigma.
• Certified Black Belt will be an advantage.
