Handles inbound and outbound customer service calls, chats and emails

Resolves customer and driver concerns completely and accurately using available tools

Uses English and Bahasa in daily communications

Oversee the preparation of statements and bills

Maintain and/or ensure maintenance of consumer records related to invoicing and bill payment

Review work of billing team to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed

Create and provide a prioritized list of consumer to be invoiced or other treatment needed to related stakeholders

Locate, or assist in the location of, hard-to-reach clients

Draft and distribute weekly reports of invoicing and billing metrics

2. Have at least 2 years experience.

Effective leader with strong communication skills & stakeholder management, and able to work cross functionally with multiple departments in parallel.

Oversight of customer journeys & experiences/needs balanced with operational/cost efficiency requirements

Develop the strategic plans to achieve continuous business improvement and focus on delivering the high quality customer experience and services.

Lead and manage projects for operational process improvement for cost efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience in dynamics, fast paced and high technology environments is highly preferred.

Extensive experience in assessing established projects or processes for effectiveness and in developing initiatives to support improvement.

Understand and apply product management practice and ritual to daily work (e.g., PRD, product prioritization, etc)

Creating system to manage all complaints, suggestions, and inputs from users in upstream process

Bridging user's needs with other product managers in upstream ops to ensure the right prioritization

Understanding in customer experience is a huge plus

Together with customer excellence team, building an integrated customer support system

Understanding in supply chain process is a huge plus

Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer focus while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience

Help in creating and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base or FAQ resource to support customer inquiries

Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and reporting as required

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions

Experience in implementing initiatives, great communication skills across stakeholders.

Collect data, manage approval process, weekly tracking, reward distribution.

5+ years of working experience in similar roles in Sales / Analyst preferable in FMCG.

Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.

Consistently create weekly reports for Scorecard.

Objectively calculate Incentives for CD & DSR Team.
