Job Description

As a Market Researcher at KILAPIN Sanitation, you will play a crucial role in understanding the brand, its vision, and providing insights and projections to guide business development. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities, assess competition, and support strategic decision-making. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies and initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and buying patterns to uncover insights that can drive business growth and enhance the brand's competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand KILAPIN's service offerings, including the specific sanitation issues they aim to tackle and the target market segments.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of KILAPIN Sanitation's products, services, and brand positioning to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
  • Identify and evaluate equipment suppliers, manufacturers, and technology providers that align with KILAPIN's vision and service requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential market segments, target customers, and emerging trends in the sanitation industry.
  • Develop recommendations on the selection, procurement, and implementation of innovative equipment, taking into account factors such as quality, performance, durability, and maintenance requirements.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, such as market surveys, customer feedback, sales data, and industry reports, to identify market opportunities and potential risks.
  • Perform competitor analysis, monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product positioning to identify areas of opportunity and inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and engineering, to ensure seamless integration of innovative equipment into KILAPIN's service infrastructure.
  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of the innovative equipment implemented, gathering feedback from internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and product launches, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Present research findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, effectively communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and evaluate the return on investment for implementing innovative equipment and technologies.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and certifications related to sanitation equipment, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices while assessing new technologies.


Requirements:

  • Ethical conduct and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the sanitation industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Proficiency in market research methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software applications for data analysis.
  • Proven experience as a Market Researcher or similar role, preferably in the sanitation industry or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, assess risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data from diverse sources.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
