Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing data to determine what content should be added to the website to increase traffic or improve conversion rates.
  • Offering site recommendations or improvements to the team.
  • Conducting user testing and use analysis to assess effectiveness of the site and discussing usability issues internally with the team.
  • Inform web site users of problems, problem resolutions or application changes and updates.
  • Identify, standardize, and communicate levels of access and security.
  • Evaluate testing routines or procedures for adequacy, sufficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Gather, analyze, or document user feedback to locate or resolve sources of problems.
  • Monitoring web traffic statistics such as page views, bandwidth consumption, and click through rates.
  • Reviewing web content, links, and design, providing necessary updates for broken links and updated content and enhancements as necessary all while adhering to mobile compliance standards.


Qualifications

  • Creative and efficient problem solver.
  • Web technologies such as HTML, CSS. Optional experience with Java script, XML, and other web technologies.
  • Web programming skills. Knowledge of PHP frameworks, libraries, or any other technology relevant.
  • Preferably major from Computer Science, Engineering, or related field,
  • Understanding and familiarity with software platforms, applications, and technological choices for software development.
  • At least 1-2 years experience as a Web Admin.
  • Understanding browser capabilities.
