Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer and Partner Relation Representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries and issues, and building strong relationships with our Customers and Partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer and partners service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests via various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies.
  3. Handle customer and partner complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer and partner satisfaction and retention.
  4. Assist partner with operational and administrative inquiries, offering guidance and support to help them achieve success in their business.
  5. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, maintaining attention to detail and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, promotions, and marketing campaigns to effectively communicate information to customers and partners.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer and partner needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Document and maintain accurate records of customer and partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management to enhance the customer and partner service experience.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively address customer and partner concerns and provide appropriate recommendations.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in customer service or partner support roles, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  4. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant customer service tools.
  6. Tech savvy person.
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  9. A passion for providing exceptional service and a genuine interest in building customer and partner loyalty.
