Main Activities:

1. Coordinating with Traffic in creating project planning consist of resources management, budget management, timeline and change management

2. Managing project initiation and administration from detailed description of project, clear project objectives and deliverables to client, main project requirements, coordinate on project delivery and coordinate on payment.

3. Managing project execution by collaborating with Traffic, Product Management, Startup Scouting & Management, Coach Management, and Knowledge Management to ensure project delivered as expected.

4. Project closing and reporting and create project's profit and loss
