Senior Manager Finance Business Partner - Logistic

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the business leaders by providing financial insight and support to drive business growth and profitability.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and control the financial performance of the business unit and identify areas of risk, proposing solutions to mitigate those risks.
• Provide financial support for business initiatives, including automation investments, partnerships, etc.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for LEX in Indonesia, ensuring accurate and timely financial plans.

Requirement:

• Experience with SAP, Anaplan or other financial systems is a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior management.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, planning, and control, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of supporting business growth and profitability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
