Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management

Manage the sales pipeline and source leads

Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.

Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain relationship

3+ years of sales or merchandising experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience in import and export tasks and vendor management

You will manage and maintain all assets in CS department including moving assets

Experienced in handling project implementation, performance reporting, including managing data

You have good communication skills and proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and spoken

Bachelor/master’s degree in logistics or equivalent

You are familiar with general logistic processes

Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior management.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting.

Experience with SAP, Anaplan or other financial systems is a plus

Act as a strategic partner to the business leaders by providing financial insight and support to drive business growth and profitability.

Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent, Masters degree or accounting body certification is a plus (CPA, CEMA, ACCA etc)

Strong organisational, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skill

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or applicable accounting standards.

Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, highlight key insights, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

Monitor and analyze budget versus actual performance, identify areas of concern or opportunity, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the logistics sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the company's logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehouse & distribution, and trucking.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a combination of research, networking, and relationship-building.

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
