We have been engaged to find a Senior Sales Manager for a reputable multinational company who operate in the logistic sector . Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the company's logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehouse & distribution, and trucking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
• Provide sales and market intelligence to support the company's decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of logistics services to customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a combination of research, networking, and relationship-building.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the logistics sector.
• Strong understanding of the logistics industry, including freight forwarding, warehouse & distribution, and trucking.
