Work you will do

This role sits within the Customer and Marketing (C&M) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which is a part of Deloitte that uses technology and creativity to better connect the customer with the business.

As part of Digital Customer Team, you will leverage insight-driven strategies and advanced technology solutions to energize sales and service operations for digitally powered growth and enhance our client’s customer relationships with immersive experiences powered by leading digital arts. Eighty percent of the customer moments that make up their brand happen in the sales and service experience. We not only help our clients to make those memorable for their customers, but we integrate their whole business around those moments—whether it’s a trip into their supply chain, logistics, and fulfilment, or advancing the customer mind-set of their employees and partners.

You will

• Continue to evolve the local market segment, managing team from a structure, talent, and competence perspective
• Manage sales to fulfill vertical revenue with a focus on pipeline development, management, and closure to meet targets
• Become an expert adviser on commercial arrangements and frameworks that ensure Digital Customer is ongoing sales success, especially on key opportunities; aim for closings of big strategic customers in local market and potentially other market segment.
• Develop cross-sector go-to-market strategy in close alignment with the Digital Customer’s Offering Portfolios
• Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to develop programs that continually enhance and improve the industry knowledge and solutions selling skills.
• Partner with other teams like the Technical teams to continuously guide internal processes and standards forward
• Serve as Digital Customer/Salesforce recognized sales leader to focus on sales to market leading clients with digital / cloud technology solutions for Financial Services Industry – Banking Institutions.
• Develop your consulting sales techniques to identify, nurture and close complex deals and navigate many client contacts and their political landscape while executing the account plans.

Enough About Us, Let's Talk About You

It is essential that you,

• Must have competent experience in selling and delivering Digital / CRM based projects, preferably within Financial Services Industry – Banking Institutions.
• Must have strong track record in building, managing / exceeding sales target, with Salesforce.
• Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce platform in an enterprise or consulting environment.
• Must have a minimum of 12+ years overall development and architecture experience, preferably within Financial Services Industry – Banking Institutions.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform, apps, and ability to conceptualize and build industry solutions.
• Must have tertiary qualification in a relevant technology, business, or marketing discipline.
• Strong consulting and/or Salesforce technology implementation experience.
• Must have experience and ability to bring, build industry and partner network to build and drive business growth.

• Ability to fostering strong relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside and outside client and product team to implement effective user experiences.
• Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
• Willing to push beyond the current capabilities and find the best solution for the business and our customers.
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad
• Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. Program lead, business transformation lead, solution architect, project manager).
• Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
• Strong relationship building and communications skills.
