Job Title: Remote Support Nokia RAN Engineer

Location: Remote (Indonesia)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Support Nokia RAN Engineer to provide technical support to a mobile operator in Indonesia. As a RAN Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring the entire RAN network, troubleshooting alarms, and responding to support tickets within the set SLA. Minimal site visits will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Document and report on network performance metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and communication across all levels.
• Respond to support tickets within the set SLA and provide solutions to technical problems.
• Monitor and maintain the RAN network to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues before they become problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network alarms and issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, and routing protocols.
• Knowledge of 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies.
• Solid experience in RAN support and troubleshooting, preferably with Nokia equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Available to work on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
