Consumer Business Performance Management

What you will do

• Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives to improve performance overall company finances.
• Monitor and analyze Consumer Business performance matrics to identify areas that need to be improved as well as related follow-up monitoring.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to related departments to improve performance to achieve the set targets.
• Work with each member of the Consumer Business to review and adjust expenses as needed.
• Develop and submit performance reports to senior management, where in it includes the development of an annual budget and a long-term financial plan.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and financial policies and budgets, as well as collaborating with the finance team to analyze financial data and deliver recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Prepare, monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.

What you need to have

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting , Business Administration or related major
• Able to use data to make decisions and/or provide recommendations.
• Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part from the team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems with practical and commercial approach.
• Has 5 years of experience in the field of performance management and budget planning
