Translation Vendor Coordinator Jobs

The Translation Vendor Coordinator undertake a variety of vendor management duties. You will facilitate daily RM functions like keeping track of resources’ records while helping with the recruitment scheduling and sourcing candidates as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating/updating content for communications sent to prospect resources.
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Creating internal/external FAQs as needed over projects.
- Ensure Resources and third-party personal information and records are up to date.
- Allocate qualified resources on time.
- Hiring resources upon requests in different regions.
- Support the resources recruitment process by sourcing candidates, performance reference check.
- Package negotiations with prospect resources to meet the company budget
- Maintaining NDAs forms
- Update RM Database by adding at least 250 resources on a weekly basis.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the same position.
- Full proficiency in English is a must- Additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
