Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced TikTok Advertisement Specialist to manage and optimize our TikTok advertising campaigns. As a TikTok Advertisement Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns on the TikTok platform to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop effective advertising strategies that align with the company's goals.


[Key Responsibilities]:

  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure campaign messaging and creative align with broader brand strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising strategy that aligns with the company's goals and budget.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI.
  • Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad content and formats that resonate with the target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest TikTok advertising features and trends to incorporate them into our campaigns.
  • Create, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns on TikTok to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in TikTok advertising.


[Requirements]:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in related field
  • Experience developing marketing campaigns, reviewing creatives and directing creative partners
  • In-depth knowledge of Tiktok Ads and Tiktok Algorithms
  • Min. 2 years of experience in similar field
  • Proficient in English is a must
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Tiktok Ads
  • Google Ads certification would be a point plus
  • Proven Tiktok Ads platforms experience
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
