Previous experience in a similar role

Minimum of 7 years' experience within mining industry as heavy equipment tradesman Mechanic

Superior communication skill written & verbal, present arguments, facts, and instruction in a clear, fluent and convincing manner.

Ability to cope with additional responsibilities High Standard of personal conduct

Conduct assessment activities in accordance with TCI standard and relevant Australian Competency Standard.

Performing sales people management function from recruiting, training and coaching also acting as sales performance branch helpdesk;

Strong understanding in financial technology, Multifinance or Banking background especially in SME ecosystem;

Proficiency in performance analysis, process improvement, and project management.

Identifying areas of improvement in restaurant operations, including processes, workflow, staffing, and customer experience, and proposing solutions for optimization.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.

Knowledge of performance metrics, evaluation principles, and continuous improvement (CI).
