Specialist– Operations Fixed Plant

- Minimum of 8 years in senior leadership role of a significant maintenance/mineral processing industry support business, preferably Western or Multi National Corporation with strong track record. Experience in working on site, and preferably across multiple mine sites and fixed plant, as Specialist Operations Training/ Workplace Operations Trainer & Assessor would be highly regarded;

- MUST understand and have demonstrate strong skills in all lines of business process fixed plant, in order to analyze the analysis gap both from upstream to downstream

- A skilled coach, trainer and adviser with the ability to tailor resources to maximize their effectiveness in the workplace. Have knowledge and practical experience in Competency Based Training System principles and concepts implementation;

- A good understanding of, and proven skills in leading or facilitating work process analysis and improvement.

- Considerable experience and skills in the use of technology in managing work processes, data capture and performance reporting.

- Strong communication skills and proven ability to engage and build relationships across multiple layers of the organization from senior management to site leaders and technicians.

- Very good organizational skills with the ability to effectively priorities tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
