Performance Marketing Intern, Indonesia (Jabodetabek)

About This Role

• This internship will provide a platform to work with the creative and innovative minds that takes Circles.Life to the next level. She or he will provide the team support where needed, with best-of-class execution and strategic thinking. If you are exploring a career in performance marketing and are excited to understand what goes on behind the scenes, this role is for you.
• Reporting to the Marketing Manager for Indonesia Growth team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage the performance marketing channels of Live.On, including SEM , Paid Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Tiktok) and display advertising campaigns. S/he will also collaborate across the internal and external partners to drive our marketing objectives.
• We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who has an eye for detail and enjoys expanding their skillset.
• This is a 6-month internship

What You'll Do

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Manage all PFM channels/ad platform including - SEM , Paid Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Tiktok) and display advertising campaigns via DSP's or other RTB platforms
• Collaborate, review and support business partners (CIS, Ecosystems, Product)
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Must be hands-on with spreadsheets - MS Excel, Google Sheets
• Proficient in English both written and verbal in business settings.
• Able to use digital platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Web Analytics
• Preferably domiciled in Jakarta Great Area (Jabodetabek)"
• Any experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or any mobile attribution tools (like Branch) will be an added advantage.
