Assist performance marketing team to analyze trends toimprove campaign performance

Set up, implement and optimise your performance marketing ads across social, display and search

Support Pinhome’s HR strategy effort in the scope of Organization Development, Strategic Management, talent management, and learning & development.

Demonstrated interest in strategic management, performance management, or organizational development.

Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, data visualization software)

Strong analytical skills with an ability to work with data and draw meaningful conclusions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Support all projects associated with developing and retaining Pinhome’s top talents.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who has an eye for detail and enjoys expanding their skillset.

Any experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or any mobile attribution tools (like Branch) will be an added advantage.

This is a 6-month internship

Collaborate, review and support business partners (CIS, Ecosystems, Product)

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Sending test links and following up on students.

Collect and input students test results on report and drive,

Hand out evaluations forms and process the data result.

Collect attendance and create weekly reminders.

Hand out and analyze pre & post test result.

Assist in the processing of score report.

Active student in final semester from psychology, HR Management, or related field

Organize the meeting arrangement and manage the correspondence relate to the project meeting

Have experience as HR intern will be preferred

Have basic knowledge in labor law and HR general policies

Involved and support the administrative processes in the assigned projects

Organize all the documentation and maintain the data to be updated

Basic time management and administration skills.

A final year student or recent graduate from a reputable university, preferable majoring in psychology or human resource management.

Great communication skills, both verbal and written.

Have a desire to learn and grow themselves.

Know basic human resource function.

Able to work hybrid and fully at working hour.

Have minimum 2 year experiences with performance management system

Managing and maintaining performance management data as well as providing comprehensive performance management report

Work directly with leaders to support the development, implementation and evaluation of performance indicator that focused on business objectives

Deliver performance indicators to employee and monitor employee performance

Minimum Bachelor's degree from Psychology or related field

Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tools

Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experienced in Facebook ads, Google ads etc

Familiar in SEM current trends, analytical tools & simple coding knowledge

Assist in copywriting and content for advertising

In charge in handling digital marketing advertising such as Facebook ads, Google ads, etc

Assist in research and analyze the latest digital tools, updated features, and interactive trends

Communication, Human Resource Management, etc. are welcome to apply.

Assist HR manager for end-to-end recruitment process such as sourcing, screening, scheduling interview, interviewing, and acquiring top talents.

Manage any general affair matters.

Preferably have an experience in recruitment.

Collaborate with user for recruitment talent needs.

Help support day-to-day administrative tasks.
