Organizational Development Specialist Jobs

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct review, analysis and updating of JD for positions affected by existing organizational restructuring, including: role identification, reporting relationship, operating network, major responsibility & performance indicator, minimum requirement, and required competency
• Administer and filling all documents relating to Organization Development
• Validate JD for Assistant Manager level below proposed by HR Unit related to new employee request process and change of employee data
• Identify and inventory job / activity based on task & responsibility function, business process, level of authority (LOA) and organizational structure
• Develop JD for new positions that arise as a result of business development and organization development
• Preparing documents to support the process of submitting and endorsing the organizational structure to Management
• Supporting the preparation activities of the organizational structure change design
• Conducting employee mapping activities related to organizational structure changes. Next do a review and analysis

Job Requirements :

• Held Bachelor Degree majoring in any field, preferably Industrial Engineering or Information Technology
• Having good communication skill and good teamwork
• Having 3 years of working experience in Organizational Development field
• Candidate should be willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
• Proactive and adaptive
• Have an excellent knowledge using Ms. Office (Visio, Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Have a good analytical thinking, and attention to details
