Job Description

Job Title: Senior Organizational Development Officer

Industry: Healthcare/Hospitality


Location: Jakarta


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Organizational Development Officer to join the Client team in the healthcare/hospitality industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, and cultural transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including senior leaders,Head of OD, and HR partners, to design and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, optimize performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement programs that aim to attract, measure, develop, and manage an organization’s talent pool.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive talent management processes, including talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to assess organizational needs, identify performance gaps, and design targeted interventions.
  • Lead and oversee the development and execution of organizational development strategies and initiatives across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to align organizational development efforts with other HR functions, such as performance management and employee relations (Talent Mapping)
  • Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization’s talent strategies.


Qualifications:


  • Strong process and project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong ability to analyze, and understand data.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a matrixed HR environment
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, talent management, or related roles.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience operating with senior/executive management teams.
  • Minimum 2 years within the healthcare or hospitality industry. is preferred
