Job Description

: Senior HR Manager


Position Summary:

The Senior HR Manager is a strategic role responsible for overseeing the Organization Development, HR Business Partnering, and central coordination of all Head of Human Resources in subsidiaries. The role reports to the General Manager of Human Resources,MensaGroupand requires a minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial HR role. The Senior HR Manager will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organization Development:
  • Lead organization design initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
  • Liaise with subsidiaries, to develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and talent retention.
  • Drive performance management processes forMensaGroup, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  1. HR Business Partnering:
  • Provide expertise and guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with in business leaders in subsidiaries to understand their manpower needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in workforce productivity and organization capability.
  1. Central Coordination:
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all Head of Human Resources in subsidiaries, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Share best practices, knowledge, and resources across subsidiaries to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular meetings and facilitate discussions among HR leaders to address common challenges and align HR strategies.
  1. HR Strategy and Leadership:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall HR strategy in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure HR practices are innovative, effective, and compliant.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the HRteam, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial HR role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of organization development, organization design, training, performance management, and HR business partnering.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CHRP, HRIS or Trainer / Facilitator certifications) are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in leading HR initiatives and driving change management.
