Job Description
Requirement :


  • Computer literate - Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written).
  • Having experience minimum 5 years’ experience focusing on talent management and organization development.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree Psychology.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick Learner & adaptation.
  • Have good analytical thinking & good problem solving.
  • Broad knowledge in Organization Development, Talent Management, People Development, Job Analysis & Assessment Center.


Role/Job Desc :


  • Facilitation of change management initiative and review current development program to ensure linkage with company goals.
  • Prepare the policy regarding talent management and organizational development in accordance with company’s need
  • Conduct employee's career development based on company's organizational requirement and the career path system
  • To build human capital and strong employee development culture.
  • Prepare the administration of succession planning program by mapping the available talent
  • Facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurement to gauge the success of program and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain the company's career path system by identifying the job characteristic of each department whether it's structural or functional
  • Organize and conduct the assessment center process whether carrying out independently or using a third party
