Customer Fund Intern Jobs

Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.

Experience in working at a Financial Industry, dealing with Mutual Fund as a customer support.

Assess our customers by providing relevant consultations.

Bachelor degree or above in finance or financial management related major;

Good organization, coordination, project management and communication skills, strong problem-solving skills;

Responsible for the management and reconciliation of the three-party payment accounts;

Strong awareness of risk management and control.

Have rigorous thinking, clear logic, and good writing skills;

Responsible for reconciliation and fund settlement with financial institutions;

Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer focus while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience

Help in creating and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base or FAQ resource to support customer inquiries

Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and reporting as required

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions

Support the team in operational initiatives, such as pipeline management and knowledge capturing / sharing

Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related specialty

Minimum of 2 years of experience.

Experience in Sales, Marketing and fundraising in the Capital Market/Startup/Venture Capital/Private Equity

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business judgment to identify issues and present creative and practical solutions;

Passion for venture investing, startups, and technology, particularly in emerging markets.

Has minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant area.

Has problem solving skills with ability to work well without supervision.

Has a minimum of Bachelor Degree majoring in accounting

Has ability to work independently and maintain good quality of output under deadline pressure.

Well organized, high spirited and self-motivated.

Has ability to work in a team and actively contribute towards team performance

Ensure all valuation reports are checked before forward to Manager FA for review

Hold a minimum bachelor degree in Accounting /Finance

Good communication skills in English need to be in constant communication with other HSBC units and external clients.

Has strong knowledge on Capital Market Industry is an advantage

Skills in Macro's, SQL. Strong preferred
