Manage day-to-day operations with Klook’s selected logistics fulfilment partner

Liaise with Klook’s Customer Experience Group to support with post-booking queries and follow-ups

Experience in operations / logistics preferred

Support with the printing and delivery of physical passes and products for both inbound and outbound travellers

Assist the Indonesia business development team with the handling of basic administrative work, including but not limited to inventory stock takes

Good written and oral communication

Knowledge of basic IT Project Management, SDLC, Programming is a plus

Conduct regular sharing knowledges to recruiters related of IT related clients requirements

Manage & enhance the existing e-learning to meet the clients and industries requirements

Works with recruiters identifying the requirements and Technical Assessment for hiring new PS

Report to the PS Manager

Having work experience min. 1 year as IT PMO/IT BA/IT Trainer/IT Recruiter

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Financial Management

3+ years of Finance business partner experience

Manage own time to meet agreed targets.

Identify and manage continuous process improvement initiatives and drive strategic regional and functional initiatives.

Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Prior experience with System Application & Products Business Intelligence (BI) and Hyperion Planning financial systems

Experience and knowledge with commodity handling

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of three years of related work experience

Experience in supply chain especially trading business and customer services

Advanced knowledge of the regulatory framework around excises.

Manage and review operational reports (Attendance adherence, PFP, Client scorecard, Metrics management reports)

Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance, the performance of their team and offer on-going developmental coaching

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates

Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed

Maximize revenue generation to reach long and short term financial projects (i.e. data collection for billable/non-billable hours, forecasting, budgeting, etc.)

Create and maximize relationships with client partners
