Our opportunity for you:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional in Assistant, Employment Services for our organization. With a full time and permanent basis, you will be one of our point of contact to provide the support that are needed for our organization.

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to be the responsible for all administration matter needed related to one of our services which is Employment services.

Scope:

• Maintain a good collaboration with the government institutions and other associations to ensure the correct issuance permits in order to deliver a satisfactory result for the service.
• To oversee and manage general administrations related to the Employment Services matters within the organization to ensure high level of satisfaction;

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for incoming and outgoing documents related to the services;
• Take minutes during meetings and deputize when required;
• Processing and generating documents to be submitted in a timely basis to the related local Indonesian Government institution;
• Monitoring and track client documents validity;
• Prioritize and manage multiple Employment Services projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner;
• Ensure all the given data and information are well managed and stored;

• Excellent in Verbal and Written English Communications;
• Detail-Oriented;
• Good Time Management;
• Having good knowledge to manage and handling administration duties;
• Strong personality with high level of energy, adaptability, flexible and initiative;
• Excellent communication ability and ability to coordinate across departments.
• Honest and well presented;
• High level of the integrity, team worker and possessing good interpersonal skills;

Relevant experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the same field

Education/Professional Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Secretary;
