Job Description
What you will do?
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. 
  • Effective team management capabilities. 
  • Solve problems.
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques. 
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. 
  • Liaise between client and internal teams.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Forecast and manage client budgets effectively .
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients. 
  • Ability to plan and strategize at a different levels.
  • Organically grow business with clients. 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients need and objectives. 
  • Pitching innovative ideas to clients based on relevant trends attained from data resources. 
What skills and experience you will need?
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
  • 1-2 years of account management and client servicing experience in the online/digital advertising industry. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising / Marketing/ Creative Multimedia or relevant field .
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and creative / content development.
  • Knowledge about the digital media industry and latest digital advertising trends.   
  • Solid numerical and financial understanding.
