Job Description
What skills and experience you will need?
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients. Liaise between client and internal teams.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Ability to plan and strategize creative campaigns.
  • Organically grow business with clients. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to- day basis.
  • Assist in pitching innovative ideas to clients based on relevant trends attained from data resources.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients need and objectives.
  • Forecast and manage client budgets effectively.
  • Full awareness of digital advertising processes and strategies.
  • Effective team management capabilities.
What skills and experience you will need?
  • Demi-god like knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, IG, YouTube and Programmatic, whilst e-commerce knowledge adds brownie points.
  • Composure under pressure and positivity (Good-vibes mentality, because no one with a the negative mentality has ever become successful).
  • A good sense of business acumen and understanding of the various industries.
  • Integrity, fearlessness, hunter behavior, pro-activity, go-getter, responsible, honest and respect for time.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in the advertising industry.
  • An innate ‘whatever-it-takes’ mindset and a willingness to learn everyday (Growth mindset/heartset).
  • Charming your audiences and a flair for persuasion.
  • The ability to effectively present proposals and solutions to the likes of C-level professionals, managers or decision makers.
  • An outspoken personality, socially committed character and ability to read the room.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines whilst meeting a quality benchmark.
