Hc & Ga Assistant Manager

We need someone to fill in the position as HC & GA Assistant Manager for one of our client in Health Industry

What you will do:

• Build and maintain manpower plans to support the stakeholders in terms of employee fulfillment and succession planning for the sustainability of the company's business operational.
• Responsible for deriving objective goals from the company to KPIs for the HR team and ensuring the achievement of HR Division productivity in accordance with the expected goals.
• Responsible for managing ER / IR management and improve the effectiveness of consultation and maintain a good relationships with labor office.
• Responsible for building and managing HR systems (HRIS).
• Responsible for matters relating to employee wages such as salaries, allowances, incentives, bonuses, awards, to the attendance system
• Responsible for making continual improvement by building, monitoring and developing HR team capabilities
• Responsible for monitoring & evaluation to all business process in HC & GA, including report and performance evaluation.
• Manage to make strategic decision for company's value achievement.
• Planning & envisioning for Human Capital Department.
• Develop business & network for organization development.
• Responsible for employee development through continuous skills training program strategies implemented to achieve company goals

What we need from you:

• Minimum 3 years experience in HC & GA
• Placement in Jakarta Pusat
• Bachelor's Degree in Law / Psychology / Human Resource Management
• Strong competency inOrganization Development, Benefit & Compensation, Recruitment, and HR Strategic
• Have strong leadership
