The company operates in 5 strategic business sectors: sustainable fisheries management, environment and climate, maritime security, fleet management and energy & mining. The company notably provides satellite services based on the location and collection of environmental data, the observation of oceans and continental waters, and the monitoring of land and maritime activities.
In this context we are looking for our Support services leader, ensuring the best quality of services to our maritime authorities within the region (APAC).
Responsibilities
Your main mission will be to manage the service contracts for which you are responsible. You define and follow the indicators and make sure to guarantee the contracted service levels to your customers.
Your main activities will be to:
- Take charge of a close follow-up of the realization of service contracts,
- Ensure coordination between the various technical and operational entities in order to ensure maintenance in operational conditions and support in accordance with the service contract
- Train and inform customers about products and services, while providing business support
- Participate in requirements gathering and report it to the product teams
- Ensure the quality and relevance of the service from a business point of view
- Participate in the evolution of the services offered to customers in close collaboration with the sales and product team
- Provide activity reporting
Qualifications
Ideally endowed with significant experience in our activities related to fisheries management, you have solid knowledge in operational coordination and have an appetite for customer relations. You are also familiar with office software (Office) and project management.
You are known for your interpersonal skills and your ability to solve problems effectively. You will be able to contribute to the enhancement of the company's image with our customers by having their satisfaction at the center of our concerns, while preserving the interests of CLS.
You can highlight your spirit of synthesis and your sense of organization (priority management, simultaneous management of several files and remotely, etc.) as well as your ability to adapt (international clients, very varied technical and business issues). Fluency in the English language is expected. Occasional trips in France and abroad are to be expected
