Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator or Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including lead generation and telemarketing activities. They will work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.


  • Conduct telemarketing activities to generate sales leads and schedule appointments for sales team.
  • Coordinate across the company to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales leads, and sales pipeline.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
  • Assist with lead generation activities, including identifying target customers, conducting market research, and creating prospect lists.
  • Participate in sales team meetings and provide regular updates on sales support activities.


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in speaking Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin (will be a point plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support or a related field.
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
