Job Description

Job Summary

Overall responsibility is to ensure robust outlet database, provide most efficient front line route plan, coverage management, increase productivity & effectiveness and provide insight as well as solutions to quickly adapt with market dynamics. He or She will help to implement, monitor and improve the route maintenance and project process in the designed territory based on agreed KPI of each routine activity/ projects.

This position will also responsible for the smooth functioning and efficient coverage of outlets serviced by distributors in the allocated territory, by ensuring that we have the right distributors, area demarcations and level of resources. He or she will also be responsible for delivering the agreed Customer Service Policy consistently and making adjustments in accordance with changes in market conditions. Working with the sales team to ensure that the distributors provide the required resources to service the outlets in the territory.


:

  • Conduct random customer service audits with Pareto outlets across different channels.
  • Support RPDO Manager to design territory mapping, white space opportunity plan and liaise with related parties, either internal K-C Softex, distributors and agencies.
  • Ensure the implementation of outlet database completeness and do verification in the field.
  • Support RPDO Manager to develop and maintain a robust outlet database.
  • Working with the distributors and sales teams to fix the identified gaps.
  • Define require processes in order to have valid and complete active outlet database and its segmentation.
  • In coordination with the sales team, implement all processes, routines and disciplines stipulated in the distributor management model.
  • Provide suggestions for the most efficient route planning to increase the quality of coverage.
  • Do periodically distributor performance reviews, including profitability.
  • Provide regular monitoring scorecards for key initiatives both regular and or projects.
  • Periodic audits on distribution points to drive compliance (with regulations and local government requirements) and identify gaps in distributor tasks and responsibilities.


Requirement:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in the related field, preferably from a multinational company background.
  3. Demonstrate good communication skills, good ability to convey or share ideas, advice and articulate them effectively.
  4. Strong business acumen and analysis, discipline, organized and detail-oriented.
  5. Having knowledge in route to market model, coverage management and sales operations.
  6. Intermediate in Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. PPT)
  7. Technical and digital savvy, familiar with route planning software
  8. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationship with customers distributor.
  9. Good command of written and spoken English
  10. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
