Along with the strategist team, manage the implementation of content communications strategies for TikTok account.

Demonstrated experience as a TikTok creator, consistently producing engaging content and building a following on the platform.

Excellent hosting and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain viewers in a live setting.

Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, challenges, and community preferences to create relevant and captivating content.

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with viewers and respond to comments effectively.

Produce and promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g., comments and shares).

Prepare Monthly Production plan with Plant Manager.

Preferably 2 - 3 years related working experience

Handle Production activity in shift effortlessly and securely

Carry out the inspection and verification of chemicals at production stage

Maintain flow of Intermediate and Finished good Products to Packing, Blending Departments

Secure Monitoring of Product to maintain Yield, Purity, Quality and olfactory.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Manage 12 module with 4 Group leader under the supervision.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Handle 1 section (12 line)

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Mathematics or equivalent.

Can or used to work under pressure

Dedicated leadership training for those with managerial responsibilities

Store, manage and maintain an easily searchable organised archival of assets on cloud storage

Manage and prioritise timelines for post-production, ensuring that assets are delivered as promised

Manage and handover image assets to external vendors

Minimum 1+ years experience in professional digital retouching and video editing

Exceptional skills in retouching and colour correction/grading

1 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Researching and building lead lists, sales decks, and presentations.

Managing freelance content creators and/or generating web and social content.

Completing various day to day ad-hoc request from clients related to product management and store decoration

Strong creative copywriting and analytic skill

Have experiences in e-commerce/tech industry would be an advantage

Product content optimizing across categories to improve product performance.

Banner upload on e-commerce platforms on HTML based interface.

Familiar with HTML base working tools

Having 1-3 years of relevant work experience in tech startups or B2B environment.

Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

Exceptional PowerPoint / Google Slides experience to make pitchbooks and product decks

A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, design, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.

Good metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

Ability to adapt writing style and tone based on the target audience and channel.

Improving social media experience by creating promotional advertisements for any platforms

Minimum 1-year of experience in managing a team

Experience in creating engaging ads content across platforms, such as Tiktok, Facebook, or Instagram, is a plus point

Experience in using content to acquire, retain, and engage customers

Experience in the production and marketing of various forms of content (namely written, audio and video)

Write product-related copywriting or brief for the advertisement purposes

Minimum 2+ years experience in campaign management, content production, creative agency AE, and similar experiences.

Excellent project management skill with strong details oriented.

Manage content production and ensure content deliverables are finished on time based on projects timeline

Strong communication skills and proven track record in managing complex projects.

Experience in technology sector and/or start up companies is a plus.

Proven ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirement.
