Production Executive Jobs

:

• Manage 12 module with 4 Group leader under the supervision.
• Communicate daily targets/goals to Group Leader (GL’s) and monitor performance/address any deviations in areas such as material consumption and performance to plan in order to achieve daily/ weekly/monthly targets.
• Support the Group Leader in handling abnormalities by guiding/assisting in real time data-based problem solving using 5-why and 8-step thinking and seek assistance from support teams as and when required.
• Handle 1 section (12 line)
• Work with other processes in the value stream such as - (New product integration & QCO,Cutting & Raw Material,Technical & Quality, Engineering etc.) in order to anticipate and address issues that can impact the smooth flow of the value stream/ production process.

Qualifications:

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Advance in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc).
• Required language(s):English
• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Mathematics or equivalent.
• Willing work under shift.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
