Production Admin Jobs

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create an administrative work plan based on directions from the Production Line Supervisor.

• Planning to order ATK in the work unit as needed.

• Ensuring the accuracy of recording production data in the specified system or form.

• Checking the stock of materials to be used in the production process.

• Input data on the production of cones or filters along with actual working hours into the system.

• Verify the results of stock take.

• Provide feedback to the personnel admin regarding personnel matters.

• Report any problems that occur related to administrative affairs in the unit and its environment to superiors and/or related parties.

Job Qualifications:

•Bachelor Degree (S1) or equivalent

•Have experience in administration for at least 1 year

•Experienced in Working within Dynamic Environment

•Pro-active, Team Player and Result Driven

•Strong Analytical and Logical Thinking

•Excellent Communication Skills and Good Initiative
