We are looking for a Production Scheduler. As a production scheduler, you should be able to multitask and provide quick responses to production problems. As generating reports and schedules require the use of SAP , you must also have an aptitude for computers and Microsoft Excel . A top-notch production scheduler should help ensure that company objectives are achieved and that all deadlines are met.

You should be organized, well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them and have a results-driven approach together with great-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills are also required.

This function will be reporting to the Production Planner Perfumery and Taste & Beyond who is based in Cileungsi.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying problems and helping improve processes.
• Supervise production activities to ensure they will finish on time and within target leadtime delivery.
• Collect output information, including number of finished products, required materials, percentage of defectives, etc.
• Providing quick responses to production issues.
• Creating and maintaining schedules in SAP.
• Create status and performance reports and present them to managers.
• Ensuring that company deadlines are met.
• Understand Service Level concept / OTIF (On Time In Full) and Production Punctuality / Schedule Adherence.
• Using SAP and Microsoft Excel to generate reports and schedules.
• Using workers and resources in the most effective manner.
• Work together with production, customer experience, quality control ٫ warehouse and other respective function.
• Manage the project paperwork.
• Detect and resolve issues when they arise.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and team building skills.
• Detailed – Oriented person.
