We are looking to employ a detail-oriented and experienced production planner to create, modify, and manage production schedules. You should be able to work with SAP PP, PE, WM, IM Module. The production planner’s responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, regularly providing production status updates to management, and facilitating the timely delivery of products to customers. You should also be able to closely monitor the production process to ensure that production orders are completed on time.
You should be organized٫ well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them and have a results-driven approach together with great problem-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills are also required.
This function will be reporting to the Production Planner Taste, Texture and Health who is based in Firmenich Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that company deadlines are met
• Providing quick responses to production issues.
• Creating and maintaining schedules in SAP.
• Collect output information٫ including number of finished products٫ required materials, percentage of defectives etc.
• Detect and resolve issues when they arise
• Manage the project paperwork
• Using SAP and Microsoft Excel to generate reports and schedules.
• Understand Service Level concept / OTIF (On Time In Full) and Production Punctuality / Schedule Adherence
• Create status and performance reports and present them to managers
• Identifying problems and helping improve processes.
• Using workers and resources in the most effective manner.
• Work together with production, customer experience, quality control٫ warehouse and other respective function.
• Supervise production activities to ensure they will finish on time and within target leadtime delivery.

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering / Management / Accounting or related field and equivalent minimum 3 years of experience in production planning.
• Organized, analytical, and meticulous
• A desire to promote the success of the organization and production staff.
• Skilled at working in a fast paced environment open to constant change in demands
• Self-directed individual with a Can-Do attitude and the ability to work within a team
